Chicken Korma reflects the elegant Mughlai influences that shaped Bengal’s celebratory cuisine across generations. Ingredients

Chicken & Marinade

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste

Aromatic Korma Base

  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp cashew paste

Whole Spices & Finishing

  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
